The Palaces and Properties Agency has developed a number of standard documents, guidelines, etc., for use in its own work.

So that as many people as possible can benefit from these tools, we make them available to other clients, consultants, etc., who can put them to good use when it comes to inviting tenders and signing contracts, for example, particularly for building projects. The plan is to expand the range of documents and guidelines on offer on an ongoing basis.

Please note that the Palaces and Properties Agency always adapt documents to the specific circumstances. It goes without saying that anyone else using our tools for inspiration will have to do the same, so it is often a good idea to contact us about using the documents or seek advice elsewhere.
